Important Dates In May:
Week of May 9th- Book Fair at NSE
May 24th- Kindergarten Graduation
May 27th- Carnival Day for NSE
May 30th- No School (Memorial Day)
June 2- Last Day of School
*Practice packets will be coming home shortly. They are for the summer to keep skills fresh and get ready for 1st grade. Please keep all materials at home, they do not need to be returned. If you need more information or have any questions on these, please feel free to contact us at any time.
*Assessment packets will be coming home as well. Please review the information and sign and return the paper. These are used to get report card grades. Any questions/concerns, please write or call.
*Step Up to First Grade Math is almost finished! The class did a great job and feel prepared to tackle next year. We will continue to review patterns, money, time, ten frames, counting, numbers, and all things Math in our daily Math Meeting.
*Please continue to practice all letters, letter sounds, and words that being with each letter. Please also practice sight words and writing words. We have been writing each day on various topics and review all of the writing rules.
