Please continue to practice sight words and nonsense words often.   We are planning our fieldtrip for Wednesday, May 28. We will explore the Pioneer Tunnel in Ashland. If you are a homeroom parent and active with PTO commitments, please send a note if you think you would like to attend the fieldtrip.   PTO Meeting – Monday March 10 @ 6:30

Coming Up Next Week: Phonics- our new letter is Jj as in jar. Students can prepare a joke to share with the class any day next week! Math – We will use objects to show 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in two parts. We will also describe the decomposition of 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 into two parts Reading – Our new story is called Goldilocks and Three Bears. It is a classic fairy tale. The comprehension skill is Character.

North Schuylkill Elementary Spring Fling Chinese Auction

Our class will participate in creating a basket for the auction. The theme of our basket is Car Care. If you would like to send an item or items, you could send it in at any time. If you would rather send $2, we will pick up items for the basket. Some examples of items are sponges, car wash/soap, car wax, air freshener, Armor All products, shammies, window cleaner etc.
